The terms that apply when you use the Yarlix.lk catalogue and inquiry service.

Yarlix.lk is operated by Nexora Labs (Pvt) Ltd, Jaffna, Sri Lanka.

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Yarlix.lk website and related catalogue and inquiry services. They are governed by the applicable laws of Sri Lanka.

This page is written in plain language for customers. It is not professional legal advice.

Service model

Please read these points carefully:

  • The website is a product catalogue and inquiry service.
  • Adding a product to Wishlist or Inquiry does not reserve the product.
  • Opening a WhatsApp draft does not submit or complete an order.
  • A WhatsApp message is not considered sent until you send it in WhatsApp.
  • An order is formed only after Yarlix confirms the product, price, availability, delivery charge and your acceptance through the agreed communication channel.
  • There is currently no online card checkout or customer account system.

Products and availability

  • Product information is prepared with reasonable care.
  • Colors and appearance may differ slightly because of screens or manufacturer updates.
  • Specifications should be confirmed with us when they are material to your purchase decision.
  • Products and availability can change before order confirmation.
  • We do not reserve stock merely because an item appears online.
  • Product images may be illustrative where that is identified on the listing or in communication with you.

Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in LKR where public pricing is shown.
  • Some products show “Contact Us” instead of a published price.
  • Published prices and deals may change before order confirmation when there is an obvious error, expired promotion, supplier change or catalogue update.
  • Once an order price has been confirmed with you, Yarlix will not silently change that confirmed order price.
  • Delivery charges must be disclosed before order confirmation.
  • Discounts apply only during their stated active period and subject to stock.
  • Cost prices and internal margins are not public.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and delivery information
  • Confirming product compatibility and specifications where relevant
  • Inspecting delivered packages where practical
  • Using products according to manufacturer instructions
  • Retaining invoice or proof of purchase and warranty information
  • Not misusing the website or attempting unauthorized access

Prohibited use

You must not use the website for:

  • Fraudulent inquiries
  • Automated scraping that harms service availability
  • Security testing without authorization
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious content
  • Misrepresenting your identity
  • Interfering with the website

Intellectual property

  • Yarlix branding and site content belong to, or are licensed to, the operator.
  • Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
  • Yarlix does not claim ownership of manufacturer marks merely because products appear in the catalogue.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, couriers and other external services linked from the site have their own terms and privacy practices. Yarlix is not responsible for unrelated third-party service availability. This does not remove Yarlix’s responsibility for its own confirmed customer commitments.

Liability

We aim to provide a careful catalogue and inquiry service. Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, rights that cannot legally be excluded, or products that fail applicable legal obligations.

Subject to those limits, Yarlix is not responsible for losses that arise solely from customer misuse, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or unrelated third-party service failures outside our reasonable control.
